The Corporate Finance Team also works with companies to structure private or public offerings of equity or debt and serves the needs of corporate executives with restricted stock transactions and the private placement of large blocks of both restricted and free trading securities.TPGI Equity Research
The TPGI Research Team conducts in-depth research and analysis on select companies and securities on all major exchanges. TPGI Equity Research is available on a fee-basis, available by subscription to individual and institutional investors, broker/dealers, individual brokers and investment advisors. In addition, the Division publishes The Phoenix Report, a weekly market commentary, and The Phoenix Trader, for active day traders. TPGI analysts are available on a contract basis for in-depth analysis of individual equities or situations and expert witness testimony.TPGI Entertainment Finance
TPGI's Entertainment Finance Division coordinates financing for Independent Films and Theatre Productions. The Division also advises public and privately held entertainment related companies, providing expertise ranging from domestic & international film distribution and print & media financing, to intellectual property rights negotiations and Entertainment Memoranda and Business Plan Consultation.
